2. Services Provided

Stafflinks provides a cloud-based healthcare workforce and care coordination system including rota planning, communication tools, compliance reporting, and operational management features.

The platform is intended for use by healthcare organisations including care homes, domiciliary care providers, supported living services, and NHS-related organisations.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Use the platform lawfully and ethically
  • Ensure information entered is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain the confidentiality of login credentials
  • Comply with healthcare regulatory standards (including CQC requirements)

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
